How to register and available dates

Current availability is listed at the bottom of this page. Space is limited, so register NOW—weekends fill up quickly. Click on any available weekend below to register. Once you’ve entered your information, you’ll be sent to PayPal to pay your registration fee using a credit card.

Registration fee

Weekends cost $395 per couple.  This amount must be prepaid when you register. The fee to attend an Engaged Encounter weekend covers all materials used on the weekend, meals, and facility costs. We offer scholarships to couples who need financial help to attend a weekend.

Cancellations, refunds, & schedule changes

• Cancellations/refunds: $150 non-refundable fee
• Rescheduling at least thirty days before the start of a weekend: no fees or penalties.
• Rescheduling/canceling less than 30 days before a weekend, or after a weekend has begun: 
    no refund; you will forfeit the entire registration fee.
